Draper Acres Subdivision is a 61.34 acre tract of land subdivided into eighteen parcels and/or lots. The parcels (lots) range in size from two (2) acres to 7.37 acres. Electricity is available; however, well and septic are needed. Access in and out of the subdivision is provided by a new asphalt paved road with a large cul-de-sac at the end of the road. Every lot owner in this private subdivision will be protected by a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (See attached document.) Burnet County has a low total tax rate of 1.65.
An Annual Assessment of $250.00 is levied upon each lot owner. This assessment is used to promote the recreation, health, safety and welfare of the residents in the subdivision, to fund operating expenses of the Property Owners Association, and to improve and maintain the Common Area. Piles of septic rock on lots (for septic system) do not convey. They will be removed by owner prior to closing.
